Some of the most important work happening in our communities is centered on helping people through life's challenges and creating opportunities for a better future.
We're proud to support Lighthouse Ranch, which is working to bring critical mental health resources and residential care closer to home for local teens and families. Our longstanding relationship with Big Sky Youth Empowerment reflects a shared belief in mentorship, belonging, and helping young people find their path. We also recognize the important work of Thrive, providing education, mentoring, and support for children and families throughout the Gallatin Valley.
That commitment extends to Warriors & Quiet Waters, helping veterans and their loved ones find connection and renewed purpose, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, whose efforts to raise awareness, support families, and prevent suicide resonate deeply with our team.
These are causes that matter to us not only as a company, but as individuals, neighbors, friends, and family members.

Giving back also means caring for the places we call home. Through the Adopt-a-Highway program, our team comes together to clean local roadsides, helping preserve Montana's natural beauty while taking pride in the communities we're fortunate to be part of.
