MORE SERVICES
Beyond the Expected
Technology has the ability to transform more than how a space functions. It can enhance wellness, create new experiences, bring people together, and introduce possibilities that go beyond traditional automation.
At SAV, we're continually exploring specialized technologies that complement the architecture and enrich everyday living. From oxygen-enriched environments and intelligent voice control to immersive entertainment and digital art, we work alongside homeowners, hospitality clients, and design-build partners to bring these experiences thoughtfully into residential and commercial spaces.
OXYGEN SYSTEMS
Wellness at a Higher Level
Living at elevation offers extraordinary surroundings, but it also introduces unique considerations for comfort and wellness. Working alongside specialists like Energy 1, SAV helps bring advanced oxygen-enrichment solutions into luxury mountain residences.
Designed to increase oxygen availability within designated indoor environments, these systems can be thoughtfully incorporated into the home's infrastructure, with careful attention to mechanical design, aesthetics, and the homeowner experience.
Through early collaboration with architects, builders, and mechanical specialists, we help ensure oxygen-enrichment technology is considered alongside the home's other integrated systems rather than as an afterthought.
VOICE CONTROL & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Technology That Understands You
The most intuitive technology doesn't always require a screen, remote, or keypad. Through intelligent voice control platforms such as Josh.ai, homeowners can interact naturally with their surroundings, controlling lighting, shades, entertainment, climate, and other connected systems through simple conversation.
From setting the atmosphere for an evening with friends to adjusting multiple systems with a single request, conversational control makes sophisticated technology feel remarkably approachable.
As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, SAV remains focused on solutions that balance convenience with privacy, reliability, and homeowner control. Technology should adapt to the people who live with it, not the other way around.
MORE THAN ENTERTAINMENT
Immersive Entertainment & Experiences
Some of the most memorable spaces in a home are designed around the experiences they create. From custom golf simulators and immersive gaming to dedicated karaoke spaces, SAV brings together high-performance audio/video, thoughtful acoustics, lighting, and intuitive control to create experiences that feel as considered as the rest of the home.
Additional Possibilities. From curated digital art and interactive displays to emerging technologies, we explore new ways to bring creativity, entertainment, and personal expression into the home.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Through our partnership with Energy 1, SAV helps coordinate oxygen-enrichment solutions for high-altitude residences. These systems can be incorporated into designated living spaces, with planning that considers the home's mechanical infrastructure, architecture, and overall design.
-
At higher elevations, lower atmospheric pressure means less oxygen is available with each breath. Oxygen-enrichment systems are designed to increase oxygen concentrations in designated indoor environments, potentially improving comfort for some occupants. The appropriate system and its benefits depend on the home's elevation, design, and individual needs.

SAV can help incorporate these technologies into the home's audiovisual systems and architectural design, creating new opportunities for art, atmosphere, and personal expression.
-
Ideally, as early as possible. Systems such as oxygen enrichment, golf simulators, and immersive entertainment environments may require specific infrastructure, room dimensions, ventilation, acoustics, or electrical provisions. Early collaboration with SAV, architects, builders, and specialty partners helps ensure these requirements are considered before construction progresses.
Exploring What's Possible
Every home is different, and so are the people who live in it. Whether it's a specialized technology, a unique entertainment experience, or an idea that hasn't quite taken shape, we're always interested in exploring new possibilities.
Our approach remains the same: listen, collaborate, and thoughtfully integrate solutions that complement the architecture and enhance everyday living. Because sometimes the most interesting projects begin with a simple question: What if?
