North 3rd Residences gave SAV the opportunity to approach home technology differently—not as systems added to a finished design, but as an integral part of the residences from the beginning. These highly customized Bozeman homes were designed by SAV around a more holistic vision for modern living, bringing architecture, lighting, shading, energy, and technology together as one considered experience.

Next-generation architectural lighting from DMF was designed to shape the atmosphere of each space, while luxury Lutron motorized shading provides privacy, daylight control, and a clean architectural aesthetic. Whole-home battery backup, intelligent power management, and real-time energy monitoring add resilience behind the scenes, with automation bringing the home's many systems together through a simple, intuitive interface.

The result is distinctly SAV: sophisticated technology, custom designed around the way each residence looks, feels, and functions. Rather than adapting technology to someone else's vision, North 3rd allowed us to consider the entire experience from the outset—creating homes where design and technology are inherently connected.
